94 miles in singles, same week as great american, that's hard!
yes many miles but not hard miles, very smart to use racing instead of workouts.
How in the world is it possible to go from 0 to 100 miles per week without getting injured. And then in all of your races not even struggle.
Is he racing this weekend at pre nats?
Maybe he was comfortable doing 90-100 weeks for months before that small break.
