Run as many miles as possible while staying healthy. Repeat year after year.

I have no idea what you eat, but eat less. A lot less. That will increase your power.

The weight vest you are currently wearing will definitely help you develop your strength, so that is a good idea. Just make sure to take it off before you race.
Hard to really give you suggestions... can you tell us more about your training?
How dare any of you say I need to lose weight. 5'3'' & 120 pounds isn't even big.
I already run 75 miles per week and eat healthy. I need more power, not less weight.
