Here's the scoop...
Coupla weeks ago I did a set of 8 x 1200 at about HM pace, and afterwards started feeling a little tight/tingly in the right leg. Ever since, the right leg is a little bit "dead," which is something I've had before when doing too much hard hill running (last summer).
I've been doing some stretching, and tried a little self massage, but I'm wondering if any of you have a magic pill to make this go away before Sunday morning. I plan no hard running until then, and will only be running (real easy) like 6 miles today and tomorrow, zilch Friday, and 4 Saturday.
Ideas?
