Hi,
I was wondering if you'll thought it was better to do run:
A) a tune-up half marathon 14 weeks before a marathon, 20K six weeks out, and a 10 miler five weeks out
or
B) a tune up half marathon 14 weeks out, 10 miler 5 weeks out, and a half marathon 2 weeks out
The two marathons are six weeks apart. In my last three marathons I've run my last race 2 weeks before the marathon (25K), 3 weeks before the marathon (half), and 4 weeks before a marathon (30K).
