Get your facts right - it was Hayley Tullet who held the placard with Paula Radcliffe. Another anonymous and unfounded accusation against someone who's actually achieved something with their running.
Age graded this is almost identical to her 2006 PB of 14:39. Rounding up to closest second:
Age 32 14:40 = 101.38% = 14:36.
Age 40 15:05 = 101.65 = 14:34
I think she could PB in the marathon at age 40, currently 2:28:24.
Fitadov's performance -- noted in the OP's post -- was the W40 fastest until recently, but Pavey actually went beyond that on 17 May, when she ran 15:11.52 at the Watford British Miler's Club meet. So, this 15:04.87 lowers Pavey's own W40 world's best by a few more seconds.
