Current hs freshmen, I have a coach that really doesn't know anything just says go out and run, PR 5k is 16:47 and 1600 4:38 800 2:06
I do about 35 miles a weak, but my issue is I do all my runs at about 6:30 , but I want to start to do longer runs so I can get my time down to 16:00 , any advice on how to do easier days and then hard days. You experts are essentially my coaches, thanks so much
