I ran 2:18, 2:11 splits for a 4:29 a few weeks back. I should also mention my pr from last year is 4:24.
It depends how hard you felt like you were working. I'd say 425-430
8x400 60s rest is a common workout to do at slightly faster than mile pace. You averaged 66s, which is 4:24 pace, so I'd say you should run a little slower in your mile.
Obviously it depends how hard you ran this workout.
