Just wondering if any of you have any thoughts on this article from runnersworld http://www.runnersworld.com/race-training/how-to-build-mental-muscle?page=single (basically saying you can improve running performance by playing boring games for an extended period of time in order to train your brain to resist or cope with mental fatigue). I thought it was very interesting and definitely gives Noake's Central governor theory some more legitimacy. Personally, I would love to give this idea a shot, but unfortunately I can't find any really boring, monotonous games like the one described in the article. Any ideas where I could find one?
