Just wondering what kind of shape you guys think I am in. I know this isn't a lot to go off of, but if you could give an educated guess as to what kind of shape I'm in that'd be awesome. I race the 1500, 5k
Several workouts I have done so far are:
1) 2x1600,2x1000,1x800 4:44,4:43,2:50,2:51,2:09 (4 min after mile, 3 min after 1000)
2) 1x1600,2x800,4x400 4:52, 2:21, 2:22, 65,65,65,63 (4 min after mile, 2 minutes after everything else)
3) Several 8 mile tempos at 5:50 and 5 mile tempos at 5:20
