I know many people who think Mo Farah and Rupp's performances are too good to be true.
I'm not sure what to think. Whenever, I try to take the pro-Salazar stance, I say, "Ok if they were doping, how would they get the drugs in Kenya? Salazar isn't even there with Farah."
Now I read in the front page, "Farah was joined last week on the final leg of his training in Iten by his globally-acclaimed personal coach, Cuba-born American Alberto Salazar, the current IAAF World Coach of the Year."
"It is Salazar’s second time in Kenya, the only other time the American Hall of Famer was in the country being 30 years ago when he trained in Nyahururu with Kenyan legend Peter Koech, the 1988 Olympics steeplechase silver medallist and the first man to hold an electronically timed world record in the steeple (8:05.35)."

1) Any scientists on here? If you were a doper, do you need to dope with EPO all the time in training so you can use it to get in better shape for race day or can you just wait take EPO right before the race? Like do you need it for training?
2) What about with testosterone? I'd imagine you'd need that for training and that it wouldn't really help you in the race if you hadn't used it in practice to get faster? So you'd need to take that while training? Is my assumption right?
3) How big are these drugs? How do you get them through customs?
I think people think about doping the wrong way. I think "Ok how pragmatically would it work?"
