I've been running about 45 miles a week as a PhD student and racing about every 3 weeks. I enjoy it but I struggle to run good track workouts/races because of the stress of school. A lot of the time I'll be on the track wondering why I'm doing a hard interval session thinking wow...I have so much I should be doing and I'm out here putting another stress on my body.
Anyone feel the same way? Any tips to cope? Thank you
