I already ran the race. We ran 20 by 400 at 1:13 with a 100 jogging break. I ran a 10k last night. Guess my time.

I'd guess somewhere around 31:30-32:00, depending on how long you took on the 100m.
32:30
31:55
i'll wager 31:16
depends how slow you jog that 100.
my 10k pace is ~78/lap and i feel like i could do 20x400 with 100 jogs in around 76s. if he ran 73s, thats 3 sec/lap faster. so roughly 75/400m or 31:15.00
i did this exact workout in september 2012. ran ~85 per 400 and ~25/100
i'm guessing OP didnt run as fast as 25sec (6:40/mi) for his rests. so i probably couldve done that in 83-84s. i ran a 10k a week after that workout in 35:40ish, or 86 seconds per 400. this once again confirms that you can do 20x400 about 3 seconds per lap faster than 10k pace.
31:16. prove me right OP
It depends on what type of runner the OP is. I have done something like 15x400m with 100m jog starting in 74 and going down to 68secs and felt like I could've done 5 more. However, I could probably only break 32 on a good day, because I am a 1500m runner. The 400m's were so slow compared to my race pace that they felt easy even after running 15. If it had been 800's, it would've been a lot harder.
The time was 31:32 :)
