heat before a workout ice after.also ice 2 or 3 time during day.
ice, and get some serious body work calf problems lead to achiles problems! , stretch and ice some more. check your shoes? how long have you been wearing them?
its not the shoes, its that i went from running a majority of the time on my toes 3 months ago, to no running for 3 months, to running 5 miles on my toes my first day back. Im icing and taking a couple of days off even though they have been getting better by themselves.
