The Sopranos
'sopranos jumped the shark a bit'
Does that even mean anything. I have never been on any site where so many nerds try to appear cool by using saying nobody ever says. Is the some basement dwellers nerd of urban loser speak!
I don't want to know- just try talkiing like that round the office & see how people stop talking to you.
Sopranos, but that they are all basically cowards acting like tough guys behind a gun or someone else.
the wire was a decent cop show but ranks well below the bunch. Social commentary? If pointing out that our cities are full of violent thugs and corruption and complacency runs rampant in bug city government, well thanks for pointing it out. I had no idea.
The show's popular cause it's full of really cool black peoples with street cred. They're the stuff of rap songs. The heroes that today's youth looks up to.
The last season was almost unwatchable with McNulty fabricating a serial killer. Just too unbelievable.
It had been long enough since the sopranos ended that I started streaming them a few months back. In season 3 now and the show is just as watchable now as it was the first time through.
The correct ranking is:
The Sopranos
Breaking bad
Justified
The Wire
Dexter? Anyone?
Sopranos whack P.$$y, Richie, Ralph & Jackie. But keep sister Janis & Uncle Jr. all series. Those 2 were horrible. Good acting, but horrible story lines & writing with them.
