So I'm coming back from a lengthy injury, and if want to know a good training plan. I stayed in pretty good shape with swimming and cycling, but I didn't run for a long time. I don't want to bump my mileage up too quickly, and I need a training plan for under 40 mpw (with pool running and lifting/core). I don't plan on running track, just training to walk into a college team. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
