I've been out of running for 6 months since I graduated. I was not able to run this school year but I want to run next year. I was wondering if anybody with coaching experience or some insight on getting back into shape to run cross country in the fall and get back on the track. I don't necessarily know how to train myself so I'm hoping that somebody will be able to constantly keep contact with me and help train me by giving me workouts and telling me what to do. If somebody here feels up to the challenge it would be greatly appreciated.
