Just curious as to how these super high mileage guys taper for their peak races. For example, what does Cam Levins do in this process since he's been known to run 190mpw? I know he's probably not running that much now under Salazar but still curious. Everyone responds different to tapers so I was curious as to what these guys do. Are they just decreasing mileage by a little and still hitting high mileage the week of the race? Or are they dropping is drastically so they're recovered? Discuss.
