Just recently ran a half-marathon in 1:17.13 with very little training. When I say "little training" I mean three 4 mile runs within the past 2 weeks. I finished up my collegiate career in November and ran sporadically after until this half.
I'm running another half on May 18th and want to hit somewhere in the 1:10 land. During college I ran anywhere from 80-95 miles a week and hardly ever got injured due to training. Does anyone have any training advice they can lend me? Just gathering up some data.
