I'm doing very low mileage due to job problems. (15-20 MPW)
In track...I'm doing 10x400 in 1:30 (1 minute rest) once a week.
I'm interested in any other workouts that include advices like quantity of mileage, long runs, hills, intervals, tempos, etc.
I only have 10 days for the race, and I don't have a good routine.
My mile goal pace is 7:19.
