Anything is possible, I am starting a new steroid/HGH cycle. I want to put on more muscle and get more powerful.
I think i need to run more steps to increase power in my buttox and quads. I have so much potential. WOW Im so hot.
Ok ran 24.05 in 200 meters at 6'0 and 211 LBS.. ALL TIME PERSONAL RECORD AT THIS HEAVY OF A WEIGHT! AND ITS MY BEST TIME AT ANY WEIGHT SINCE JULY 1999!!
previous best this summer was 24.40......
So this is a huge improvement in the 200...
Its such a huge improvement that when i do my calculations im now calculating that this .35 of a second off my previous best this summer will now take 1.55 seconds off my 400 time.

in 59 degree weather..
knew it was going to be cold.. It was getting dark out too,, so it really makes a difference if the sun is shining in 59 or not.. its a huge difference!

Ran 24.13 at 6'0 and 211lbs.. in 59 degree weather without blocks..
Neeed blocks to improve by .55 of a second so i should have ran 23.6,, then add in the temp and take off another .5,, so should have ran 23.1........
hand timed on it was 23.84.. which is good because this is now my second fastest time since july of 1999...
I never get below 24.0 hand timed.. There was zero wind.
i measured the wind.
also on any given day im likely to run a 24.9 or 25.0 on a bad day and my average for the 200 over the past 7 years has been 24.8 or so...
therefore this is really good that i ran this fast..
anytime that i run my second fastest time since july of 1999 i know that im having a really fun day at the track..
Ok now just thought about it and based on my calculations and on how powerful im getting all naturally and how hott im getting all naturally i know have made up my mind that im going to be trying out for the olympics in 2016 in the 400 meter dash..
According to my calculations this is what i came up with..
best time this year is 53.78 so far.. BUT,, have potential to run 52.4 right now based on my 4 by 200 workout,, just havent had a really good sunny and warm day out lately to run it.
now since im at 52.4 right now and its going to get too cold out to train all the time,, i have come to the conclusion that instead of just completely going back into my winter
program of heavy powerlifting and trying to gain weight and getting up to 225 to 230lbs.. I am now going to wtch my weight.
I dont need to get to 230 this winter.. illl be good at 223lbs.. or 225lbs..
another thing. ... I am now for the first time since 1999 going to train in the winter on the track doing my same workouts when its warm out
because everyone knows that we will have warm days even in the winter
therefore seeing that ill be doing that in the winter im now doing my calculations,.
at the rate that im improving now at this weight, if i gave myself another month i would be down to 51.2 in the 400 meter dash..
But seeing that its going to be too cold then this is what im going to do.
IM going to get a HUGE HEAD START ON NEXT YEAR..ill be already running 53 by the time june comes around.. and then ill proceed to get to 48.9...
thats for next year..

ill run 48.9 at around 207lbs..
just that 5lb reduction in weight combined with all the workouts im doing this winter will get me there
now for 2015 im going to go ahead and again train in the winter for track...
then im going to get stronger, and hotter on a side note..
then for 2015 my goal is going to be a 47.1 .... which is going to be good enough improvement for that year..
my weight for 2015 will be 201.... that 6 lbs is really going to do it combined again with the winter workouts..
now it gets even better..
because for 2016 im going to continue to train in the winter and do my extremely tough 4 by 200s with the same rest period so i can calculate everything to the exact measurements,,,
now for 2016 im only going to go for a 45.4 and thats going to be good enough to give me a good chance of getting into the olympics...
now on a side note i need blocks..
Therefore if anyone knows of any blocks that stay on the track when the person starts without having someone else to stand on the blocks for them then
LET ME KNOW, BECAUSE I CANT FIND THEM ANYWHERE! i need starting blocks that stay on the track somehow without the use of a second person to stand on the blocks to hold them down...

I agree. This guy could probably break the 400 m world record if he wasn't so strong and hot. He's like some of those female tennis players who care more about their looks than their game. He'd definitely be a world beater if he wanted to.
Ok doing the 4 by 200 workout again this week to figure out if i can get faster in it thus making me faster in the 400..
This is going to be tough.. WOW! .. Really need to just go all out on the first 2 so i can get them fast so i dont have to try and make up for lost time on the last rep...
So my goal for the first 200 is 25.4... and the second one is 25.8
Then going to listen to more christmas music and get extra pumped up and ready to go for the third one and then try to get 26.4 on the third one.. then im just absolutely going all out on the last one and seeing what i can get..
Need to beat 1:47.00 in total time if i want a good chance of beating my 400 time of 53.78... I really need a 1:46:00 or better.
I'm actually genuinely hooked by this now, I came to laugh but now I care God dammit!

I had a time trial at my local track the other day and ran 50.11 electronic.
so I am heavier than you and I am 3 seconds faster. Sorry man but you are not making the olympics.
I am heavier than you and WAYYYYY faster and I'm still not that fast. I doubt I could break 48 with the perfect 400m weight of 175

TO the person who claims 50.11 at 217, video of it , or it never happened..
and on a side note.. Was going to run my 4 by 200 workout.. but didnt because it was 55 degrees out and windy and too dark... Its pointless..
was 3.5 seconds slower on my 4 by 100 in cold temps so would have been 8 seconds slower on this workout.. and thats not fast enough to run a good time in the 400.
So instead of running a workout i had a picnic of soy, butter, wedding soup, green beans, lettuce, bacon, and a dash of candy... Dont know the caloric content on it yet but know that it was alot,, prob like 5500 calories.. Was alot of fun..
Lifted too, had a really good time at the gym,,, was alot of fun.. Almmost set some prs and felt like i was just going 85 percent.. Doing abs later to get stronger
