Today I had a 5K race. I started fairly easy, going through 2k in 6:32. I felt strong, still passing runners. Then at a point I'm unsure of the worst cramp of my life hit me. Last night for dinner I had some pasta. I didnt have breakfast expecting the race at 7:30. It was delayed to 10:00. I. used the restroom twice, the second leaving me feeling weird. I felt fine until what I described in the race. Does any of this sound like something that woucase a cramp? It was so bad I finished in 18:21
