Alright, so I am a 17 year old highschooler and just ran a few good workouts this week and was wondering what some of you guys thought.
Guess time for a 5K:
Did a 6mile tempo @ 626/mile with the last mile being about 5:55.
Today I did (6x400 @77 w/ 60 seconds rest) 90 seconds between these sets,(5x400 @73 w/90 seconds rest) 2 minute rest between these sets (4x400 @ 68 w/ 2 minutes rest)
I will let you all know how I do, just curious what you all think I can run on a pretty flat, honest 5K course.
