Hi all,
I'm 23, I'm a relatively new runner.
I have already run 2HM : the first one in march in about 1h30' and the other one two weeks ago in 1h25'40".
This summer I was running between 30 and 40 miles every week, mainly cool and long runs.
I'd like to run a 10k, my first one, before winter comes.
Do you have any advice on what I should focus (since I ran HMs) and what time I can expect?
