Finished my NCAA career last spring as a 15:10 guy in a mid-level D1 program where I ran a lot of high mileage. Since then, I've been doing a lot of lifting and biking and have been doing about 25-50 miles/week (varies based on work, etc.). Most everything is above 7:15 pace. I don't think my mind and body will be ready to seriously race again for another year, but I don't want to lose everything. How long does it take to "come back" assuming I keep jogging around casually and don't get fat? Your experiences?
