My wife has been training for a half for some time now and just registered for her race. I decided to do it with her but haven't been training - not for a half anyway. I run regularly but only around 30mpw. For the purpose of giving a fitness snapshot, I could probably run around 18:30 - 19:00 5K right now. My most recent "long" run was 9 miles @ 7:30/mile. I have a month to get ready for the half. What would you recommend my month look like in order to get the most out of what fitness I have. What is a realistic goal?
