I had a race yesterday and have a session tomorrow evening. Usually i do the following:
M - Easy
T- itnervals
W- easy
Th- tempo/intervals
Fri-OFF
Sat-Race/hardworkout
Sun-Long run
i will then repeat this process.
yet this week it has all been the same except
Fri - OFF
Sat-very easy
Sun- race
(Mon - ?)
(Tues-Session)
As a 16:50 3 mile runner, and 4:30 1500m runner, what should i do today? (typically run 40mpw). I was thinking a long run, but i don't know what pace etc.
