I'll give a second vote for Queen's, because they don't always get the top recruits they rely on developing guys. Solid team atmosphere as well to keep everyone involved even through the tough times. They also perform very limited cuts. When I went I knew I probably wouldn't make the team my first year, but I could potentially make it second or third year. When I compared it to going to a school like Guelph where if I was lucky if I maybe would have had a chance to make the team buy 4th year, it was a logical choice.
Everyone's gotta look at their priorities, but in the end, if you are motivated you'll keep running.
