Oh
Oh
Weren't you the guy who requested his personal statement be read yesterday? So you aren't really a med student just someone who is procrastination putting in applications. Hope it's for next yr bc you are months late.
You'd be above ideal race weight for your height, on average. Suck it up. If you don't care about running fast then no worries.
Go eat some more donuts, fatty.
It's people like you who are responsible for all the obesity problems. Stop defending your gluttony.
I'm already in med school. Personal statement? WTF are you talking about.
You're fat. I'm the same height and weigh 110 pounds.

Wow, that's^^ disgustingly emaciated. I'm 5 10 and 158 and small enough.
Calm down Bro. It's not fat, it's just borderline overweight. We are runners, so most of us that are 5'10" are less than 150 pounds.
If you're a runner starting out at, say, 5'10" 130, then quit running and gain 40 pounds of fat (no lifting or other exercise), you would have a significantly higher bodyfat percentage than the average 5'10" 170 dude, for whom a lot of that is probably muscle. So, it depends.
Very good attempt
Someone wanted their personal statement corrected yesterday and the email looked similar.
Go study! You are large for a distance runner but technically you probably aren't doing much running with all the studying. So cut yourself a break and go get a Burrito. You are no Kempinan(sp. made the marathon team while a med student).
Instead of playing on the internet you might want to do some soul searching on selling your sperm. There are moral and ethical questions. Have you had that block yet?
Im 10% body fat btw. I just can't imagine how any grown man can be comfortable being 5'10 130 pounds. You would have no way to defend yourself or a girlfriend, you're just too small to be a threat.
At that height, 170 would be heavy to be competitive at any distance event.
It's not fat, its' just not efficient in this context.
If you wanted to be an NFL running back, 170 would be too light.
It's not skinny, just not the right build to get the job done.
So:
5'10 170 is too heavy and it is too light, depending on what you are trying to do.
By the way, Ben Johnson was 5'10" 170 pounds.
dude you are straight up fat, no one wants your short man sperm. i hope you can atleast make it as a doctor
5'10" and 170 is not bad. Serena Williams looks big but at 5'7" she only weighs 132. She could even stand to put on a few pounds.

Umm ... that's what guns were invented for. It makes a 100 pound girl the equal of Mike Tyson
So every time a guy disrespects you or your gf you pull out a gun? Ok GZ.

Due to the fact that I am not 18 and I do not attend house parties like a tool, I am not really worried about some random person disrespecting me or my girlfriend. Especially not to the point where I would need to fight to defend my/her honor. In fact, I cannot think of a single instance when this has ever happened.
5'10 170 is technically not fat according to American standards, but honestly, I'm 5'11/160 (pretty muscular upper body) and there are many days when I know I don't look particularly lean. So assuming you're not all buff, at 5'10/170 you're probably carrying around more fat than you'd like to admit.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
