Sorry, perhaps if you registered your name I would know which character I was talking to.
Anyway, I'll keep in touch.

So says the hypocrite who uses unregistered handles when it's convenient. Grow a pair.
Oh you must be Detector Dude, or Sally V. She he had a fixation with that post. Perhaps you are missing a pair.....and that is the problem......you can't have mine...
Hey Lemons the Technology Sector hit the highest level since 2000. Do you think that is a good investment?
We all know that you drink white wine and sit down to pee. Go play with your dolls.
Oh yes Sally V, Detector Dude, Lemons, oh so many wonderful personalities.

Why don't you tell us what you think. That way we can do just the opposite.
It has worked well for the past 4 years.
From Lance Roberts:
"This past weekend I was at a “Super Bowl†party in my neighborhood. As a money manager, I like parties as they are a rather insightful indicator of the current psychology of the “average investor.†The great thing is that I do not have to do much other than stand in the middle of the room, have a drink in my hand, and wait. Generally, it doesn’t take long to find out where we are within the current investment cycle as one of three things will happen;
1. No one wants to talk about their investments;
2. A comment about investing might arise, or
3. They tell you everything about their latest investment success.
The party this weekend was an example of the third stage. Wives were walking around with freshly injected lips and botoxed faces. Men were brandishing new Rolex watches while bragging about their latest acquisitions. I now know more about their personal stock portfolios than I do about their children’s latest successes."
Spike your Cool-Aide with some Lemons.

You are on record as recommending AAPL and even claiming to have bought some. I can't wait to see how you spin that.
Seeing AAPL has advanced over 30% since then, well you decide.

Apple Earnings
Q4 2015
Net Income $18.361 Billion
Share Count 5.594127 Billion
EPS $3.28
Q4 2016
Net Income $17.891 Billion
Share Count 5.327995 Billion
EPS $3.36
Without buyback of 266.132 million shares the EPS would have been $3.20 or a miss. The earnings spin and "growth" reality are two very different stories.
Igy
Actual earnings report "cherry picking."
You are doing what your mother scolded you for....nose picking.
What are you babbling about?

So you answered your own question. Yes, you think the tech sector is a good investment. Finally you exhibit some balls.
Oh, the irony!

considering the shares trade on a per share multiple, nothing wrong with shrinking the size to increase the earnings.
OK, considering the lack of revenue growth, company deserves to trade at a multiple discount to the S&P 500, which by the way is way overvalued.
So why did you buy?
Easy answer, over $30 lower in price.
