That pretty much says it. Must have been some indiscretion. Takes the fun away. A little introspection on my part causes me to move on. Wish all the DGTD posters the best on your investments.

if you check in my friend, hope all is well and you are loping around the mountains with the best of them, aiming toward a big meet.
I'm having trouble getting a head of steam up...running one workout per week and trying to find a big target race I care about. Enjoying the running of course but not so eager to get on a starting line. Just have to get through the hot weather, probably.

agip,
Best wishes on the upcoming race. Always tough to have the confidence to rest and trust the training.
Yes for some reason can’t use my registered handle. Decided it was time to retire as a DGTD poster and LRC as well; at least as regular GOI. Time better spent elsewhere.
Doing well. My last chemo treatment is in a week, then months to build back my strength. The wife and I walked 2 miles after work and for me it was a bit of a struggle. My plans are to return to competitive racing by the fall. Of course all of that is “to be determined.”
I’ll check in from time to time when I see you post.

What a shame.
I will miss the 3 plus years of insults and name calling ...
Why? You going somewhere?

No, but it sounds like he is.
I'll challenge you to go through 1200+ post and find name calling from me.
