The question is, where in the world is the value? What hasn't been overpriced by having been chased by cheap money?
For me, it's in select local small business, which actually takes work to invest in. Publicly-traded companies are too easy. Instruments like CDO's are much easier for banks than primary lending.
Everyone's lazy. Opportunities still exist where some work needs to be done.
