For a guy with the slowest time coming in Ingebritsen from Norway looked great!

Possibly the first clean finisher in London.

I really don't understand the T&F fans who bash some of our best athletes. Are you so unhappy in your life that you need to hurt the things you love? Centro may be more form than function, but he seems like a fine dude, and is one of our greatest runners. It's more rewarding to root for someone and have them fail than hope someone fails and be right.
I am not surprised Lomong, Manzano and Willis didn't make it through this semis. The drawers of the heat designed it in such a way as to get rid of alot of contenders. Otherwise how would you expect kiprop, Kiplagat, Lomong, Manzano, Makonnen, Willis to make the top five? Heat1 was very strong compared to heat two.

Just out of curiosity...are you a fan of any track athletes or do you simply enjoy trying to tear down people? Why are you even here?

brannen for bronze all day long

Well that may be a stretch, but I'm really happy for him after getting spiked in the semis in London. Maybe he could equal Sully's 5th?

Just so you don't claim getting silver is "obliterated", what are you predicting for him?
Looks like the "Gay Marxist" would have been more aptly named the "Chicken-shit Marxist".
i'm seeing kirop, silas then centro 3-4 again.
if centro does get another bronze (the gold in london was not lefit) in another off year, he will know for sure that if he's got his A game going, gold is a very real possibility.
also heat 1 was too stacked , the draw process is screwy.
but still the guys that did not make it ran stupidly, very stuidly as in manzanzo, willis, etc.
good to see brannen make the final after being such a trooper all these years.

lol @ the Centro fanboys. He will get murdered in the finals and go home devastated. Just like in London.
Keep talking about how "smooth" and "relaxed" he looked though. Too bad that shit doesn't win medals.
And it sucks that Soul Man got tripped up and is out. Only dude with big enough nuts to try the double.
lol@the haterboys, same shit was said in Daegu, and last you your type predicted he wouldn't make the final.
BTW, what are your accomplishments?

Centro is indeed THE MAN.
But your "what are your accomplishments?" comment is completely idiotic.

Got to hand it to the Norwegian, does what he has to do.
He does, as always the last two years. Hes underrated. Remember, 3 championship final in a row (including European Champs which he won) and his pr isnt better than 3.35
Ingebrigtsen and Centro, plenty of great 1500m runners that could learn from these two.

Also...you guys are missing something by not being able to understand his native language....dude is hilarious and almost more confident than Bolt.

Bet he says "schmenge" a lot then!
Off topic question for Scandinavian Fellow - any good places to run in Tromso?
Not one Olympic medalist from last year made it to this final.
But all three medalists from 2011 made it and look real good.
