I have had all kinds of foot problems since the end of March, mostly posterior tibial tendonitis. For weeks I have been cycling and aqua jogging, but I want to begin testing it out next week.
What is the best way to approach the first week back from an injury like this? Run every other day? Run easy on soft surface each day? I don't want to throw my body into shock and cause more problems, but I want to get the legs moving.
