I currently run 10mpw and wanting to go to 25-30 miles by September. Any suggestions on a good plan to get there on 4-5 days a week without pushing too much mileage all at once. I recently came back from injury and nursing shin splints currently.

10 mpw? and you want to go to 30?
i mean, this honestly isn't even worth questioning. you go run 5 miles a day 6x a week.
if you can't do that because your shins hurt, then you need to fix that asap with as many strength exercises as you can handle.
even 30 mpw is absolutely pointless from a performance standpoint, unless you're a 400/800m runner or something, meaning you know much, much more. so you HAVE to sort out your muscle/tendon problems first.
address that asap, start running, come back when you need advice on getting to 100 mpw.
