I was down for 4 weeks followed by a month of crap training in late jan early feb with overtraining syndrome,
Now back in shape, mileage is 70-75 mpw for the past month with very few real workouts.
I ran a tt 5k 2 weeks ago in 1733 feeling easy.
Tonight I ran 15.5 with a 4 mile tempo followed by 15x1 min on/off fartlek
splits 556/547/540/539 and then sub 530 for all of the on sections, with the off run at about 7 flat pace.
Any guesses?
