The 1200 leg from Brown was a true freshman too, Ned Willig from PA. He had to have been either 2:53 high or 2:54

The thread got this far and no one has mentioned the freshman Kidder's 2:53? Solid.
3:42 outdoors on the way for that fella.
Prob more like 3;40. Clearly this kid is ready to run fast at any distance
With Kidder in the open 800m next week I'd expect PSU to take him off the DMR and add the boy Dick West on leadoff. They'll probably still use Cas even though he's in the 800m as well so that makes Za'Von alternate then. Should be headed for a WR though. Won't be AR though because West is Jamaican.
Good, we don't want any fake freshman out there.

Coach d. you really helped us by pointing out the difference between a person who is running with freshman eligibility, yet is an academic sophomore because they were a redshirt during their first academic year.
All of us are now aware that there is no such thing as a fake freshman because a true freshman is, in reality, a person who is competing in college events after they graduated from high school without having taken a redshirt year.

Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
