My vote would be for you to try the NB 1600 or 1400. I find the shoes to be good for 5K to half marathon. I would stay away from the 5,000 unless you are looking for something to just protect your feet. I found the shoe not be very comfortable when the pavement was not very smooth.
The Adizero 2.0- is pretty stiff and is a lot of shoe for the the shorter races but if you want a firm shoe it may be the way to go.
Saucony A5- is a good one but is a little less shoe then the NB which may find not as comfortable for something longer like a 10K.
Mizuno Ekiden- Is similar to the A5 in the amount of shoe but will most likely not feel as padded as the A5
Asics Pihrana- traditional has had a pretty baggy fit in the toe box and the heel. I would stay away from it if your foot is narrow.
Cant speak to the Flyknit
Good luck
