As the title explains, am I too heavy to fly on 5Ks? Or would I be good at 145lbs?

Your calf diameter isn't the important one ....you know.
Weight/size is a problem, less for guys than women. Power/weight ratios are what it's about. How efficient is the stride and turnover combined with the lbs. your frame is carrying?
The thin girls score points in CC not the well-put together ones. That's not always the case with the guys but the principle is the same.

Holy Moly you're a little porkster op.
I'm 6'2" 183 and my calves are only 14.5".
May I suggest a different sport, maybe weight lifting or cycling.
There are plenty of examples of guys with big legs who are fast. Here is one of my old school favorites: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_SkBU09maA
My calves are 16.5" and was not fast. But, that is because of my constant injuries
I'm 5'6 135lbs 14" calves. I'd like to get leaner myself so I think you're a bit heavy but nothing to make a big deal about. Also I don't think the calf size is a huge problem if you're still running well. And I think it would be hard to lose calf size unless you stop doing any leg lifting if you have before in the past and if you increase your mileage maybe...

I am about 5'8", 155, and 14.5' calves so I can relate. My 5k PR is just under 17 and is from high school (8 years ago). nowadays I run 5ks in the high 17's, and 10mi races in about 60 mins. Not much of a difference in pace there. I attribute this to my non-runner body.
Don't you have puting Jeans on? I have such a hard time getting them over my calves.
*hate not have
How do you have a hard time getting jeans on? 14.5" calves are not big. Skinny jeans? Or hyperbole?
I don't have problems with jeans. And I wear skinny jeans.
2" penis, you should be fine.
Jeez, people, 5'9" 152 is not big. It's gaunt by non-runner standards.
How do all these posters know how big their calves are. Is that even a thing? For bodybuilders, I would understand...
