There seems to be some minute differences between the two, I just can't determine how much. And also, how either of the shoes for mostly the 2 mile, maybe one mile or 5k xc? And would you recommend these spikes?
And just one more question: Which one would you pick?

At first I was thinking that they could be sort of like Nike waffle racer vs. Nike Jana star, but I saw that the upper looked to be designed a little differently.
