How much time do you have? This is what your schedule should look like:

Just don't jump from 35 to 45 to 60 in the span of three weeks. You will be tired, overtrained, and likely injured. Patience, and listen to your body.
No down weeks? How about?

So i went from 38mpw to 55, 50, and 55 over the course of the last 3 weeks. And i feel great!

Good for you. There are few reasons it would take more than 3 or 4 weeks to get to 60 mpw.
What was your overall pace and effort like each week?
