Background 2:00 flat last year, a senior this year. I just got back to running about 3 weeks ago and I did a workout with the sprinters to get my legs moving. We did 100m at 90% 100 recov. 200m hit in 27 felt good. 100 again at 90% with 100 recov. 150m with 150 recov. Did 4 mins of stairs then finished with a 500m which I ran at 73. I was pretty spent after the 500m altough I could have prob have gone 70-71 if I would have really pushed it. I know this isn't by any means the best indicator, but it's all I have.
