So in 2 weeks I'll be running at an all-comers meet, and I just ran my last XC race of the season. I struggled with reactive airways and Asthma throughout the year, but still in my one clear lung race ran 15:03. My PR's are 4:34 and 9:48 from sophomore year when I contracted iron deficiency at the end of the year. Some of my workout have been 4x400 (67), 800 (2:17) 1600 (4:55) 800 (2:19) 2x400 (66-62) [had to leave early, was supposed to finish with 4x400]. I've also run 1:25:00 for a half marathon on the treadmill (had to stay out of polluted CAlifornia air) and 16x400 with 400 recovery run at 69-72 seconds. Thanks!
