I am not a minimalist runner, but I prefer to do my tempo runs and intervals in racing flats to stay bio-mechanically efficient. The problem is, my current flats, Nike Streak XC 3, are too narrow for my feet and give me nasty blisters when I wear them for too long. Plus they make me overpronate a lot because of how narrow and tall they are.
What racing flats should I try? Ideally something with around a 4mm heel-toe drop, enough cushioning to do up to a 10k on the road but with some ground feel, and a decently wide toebox?
(If it matters, I run around 17:15 5k)
