I am a new hs coach with a distance background. I am trying to develop a 2nd year track program at a small Christian hs. I am trying to figure out how to structure a sprinters preseason workouts. One huge problem is we don't have a weight room which is where I'd like to develop their strength, but without that what are some good exercises I can do? Also we do not have a track so a lot of our wkouts will be on the grass fields. Thanks for any suggestions!
