Did anyone run the course in Nashua new hamshire today? Could it be possible the course was short? Times were fast fast!

Who let Biwott near a computer? Go to bed Mike.
The course was about 305 meters short
Hi Boston - Is that a guesstimate or do you have inside info? I'm genuinely curious. Based on the times my team ran I would have expected it was between 400m and 500m short. The 2 and 3 mile splits seemed pretty accurate. No doubt it's a super fast course. I thought Stanley Park was flat but Mines Falls is right there with Stonehill for the flattest course I've ever seen.
Huge congrats to the Bentley men, what a clutch race for a pretty much all varsity senior team.
Bump
As I stated in the other thread, although the course is definitely very flat and fast, I still feel it was a bit short. I ran much faster than expected based on how I thought I was doing. Not 400+, but likely 20-30 seconds short. Where the error was made, I'm not sure. The course map: http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=1645355&code=0d45696a46c002d displays it as a perfect 10k.
i don't want to take anything away from jeff veiga or his performance--he is a great runner--but it has to be at least 300m short. he ran almost a minute faster than his track pr. although i'm sure he is capable of better than 29:45 range now

I think this animation doesn't show the course as actually raced, but I'm not sure it makes a difference in the total distance. This animation, just after the 2 mile mark, shows the course going counter-clockwise around the open field. I was in the woods at the time, but the way we previewed the course and I'm almost certain the way it was raced, was always clockwise around that field. Counter clockwise would have set up a situation where racers had to cross over each other.
I have gotten confirmation from a credible source that the course was wheel measured a few days before the race and came up at 9699m for the 10k and 5997m for the 6k. My math says add 56 seconds at 5:00 pace, 62 seconds at 5:30 pace, 68 seconds at 6:00 pace to equate to an accurate 10k.
