Ranking the Men's Regions in my opinion...
How I ranked:
Took every runner's PR Florating (best florating from 2011 or 2012)
Then ranked according to that number
The region with the lowest average among their top 40 runners was ranked 1st and so on.
Individuals were the based on the top 40 best floratings.
Criticism: Why use floratings? Why use Darius Terry's 2011 florating? Where is Reed Connor or Jeremy Rae etc.? I know I know. It's not perfect but it still gives a sense of the fields.
