It can be fast food (BK, McD, etc.) or something like Olive Garden, Perkins, etc. It has to be a national chain, though.

Denny's. Only restaurant where I've done all three meals in one day before.
I'd kill myself first.
I'll go Ruths
Tiger might go with Perkins though.
On my dime, Sweet Tomatoes, big salad bar, variety of soups, pretty healthy for a chain.
In the fantasy world where I never get a bill, Fogo de Chao, good salad bar, lots of meat, good wine list.
Noodles & Company
Waffle House!
Wendy's or White Castle?
Can I choose Whole Foods? I mean, you can eat there and it is a chain, right?

Ditto. Ruth's Chris. Or Mortons. Both are national chains.

The problem would be if Ruth's went out of business or was bought up by another restaurant, you'd starve since you wouldn't be permitted to eat anywhere else. Plus, you'd only be able to travel and live in areas that had a Ruth's, which doesn't blanket the whole US. Is Ruth's open for breakfast, too?
I'd go with the lowest common denominator: McDonalds. It's global, serves three meals a day, and I don't see it going out of business anytime soon. I'd probably be so sick of the food in about a year that I'd want to kill myself, though.

I never understood the appeal of it. They use cheap noodles and process it quickly with cheap imitation flavors. YUCK!
For me, it'll have to be Cheesecake Factory. My god, their menu is ENDLESS!
Olive Garden salad and breadsticks
my first response would have been five guys but I would need a breakfast menu. I think I second Dennys
It is easy to pick a steakhouse or other high end restaurant. But, you would never get to eat breakfast or possibly lunch. That is what makes it an interesting thread.
Based on selection (morning, noon and night), I would reluctantly have to go with a place Panera Bread or Au Bon Pain.
Outback.
Chick-Fil-A because I'm an edgy kind of guy who likes to offend all right thinking people.
Culver's. I could eat that pot roast EVERY day!
