Armstrong doping drama proves that Bolt is likely not doping...

This doesn't make any sense.

There's this insane notion that drugs are "expensive" and thus only available to the U.S. and other wealthy nations. This is not true, drugs are cheap and easy to get anywhere.

One reason the Jamaicans are "evading detection" (besides the extremely efficient doping schedule) is because the IAAF has no incentive to bust them. Why take down those that are raking in the dough for the IAAF/IOC? Instead WADA busts a couple of Moroccan sacrificial lambs every year so they can claim to be "doing their job." The whole thing is a sham.

Bolt is as doped as Lance.

It is not the expense of the drugs but rather the sophistication and expense associated with evading detection. That is where the athlete needs a lot of help and access to professionals. Just read the Armstrong story and ponder whether you think it is possible that something like that could happen down in Jamaica.

Doper need "protection". For Lance it was his posse, for hte Jamaicans it's their federation.

Bolt does much of his racing internationally - he is getting tested when he runs on the circuit in addition to getting tested in Jamaica. Unless there is a conspiracy involving the IAAF I really think he is running clean.

You seem to be unaware about how fast drugs clear your system.

Wasn't there a thread recently that claimed there was no out of competition testing in Jamaica this year? And hasn't there been a ton of speculation that the Jamaican federation is incredibly lax compared to other countries?

Michael Johnson never tested positive. Flo Jo never tested positive. Carl Lewis never tested positive. Do you think THEY were clean. The above poster is correct. Why would a sport "out" it's poster child. It only hurts them. They make sure the poster children do not test positive.

The only reason Marion Jones got busted is because someone turned in a syringe of what she was taking and they knew what to test for. Otherwise, she would have been clean the whole time.

Bolt has a net worth north of $20 million...he could afford to get designer drugs from anywhere if he wants too. So the "training in small, poor Jamaica" argument is irrelevant.

His net worth was not 20 million when he broke onto the scene internationally in 2008. He was probably in better shape then than now too.

Conte himself said that it was easy-peasy to create new, undetectable steroids like 'the Clear'. He said that any chemist worth their salt could create brand new compounds quite easily. He's also publicly said that he thinks the Jamaicans have taken his theories and practices, and improved on them.

Do you HONESTLY think that drug testing catches all the cheaters? Really?
