Block likely still owns Total Sports Management which manages Carmelita Jeter and others though he is not even listed on the website as an owner or manager. Manta still has him listed as President. On LinkedIn in his profile he is still lists himself as President of Total Sports Management and Director Of Marketing for something called The Block Team which apparently is a company involved in real estate.

In the USADA arbitration document the sanctions of the 10 year ban against Block prohibit him from participating and having access to USOC training facilities including programs and activities of the USOC such as grants, awards or employment:

Conclusion
Block is still a stakeholder and President of Total Sports Management that manages Carmelita Jeter and others. Nothing in the USADA arbitration decision against Block apparently prohibits this. Nothing in there prohibits him from attending track meets, gaining access to track side at meets in Jamaica or anywhere else for that matter, fraternizing with athletes, tweeting athletes or them tweeting him or sleeping with athletes(perhaps the brojos can find pictures of Block in compromising positions with athletes currently active on the circuit).
In other words the USADA ban against Block appears to me to very weak and the equivalent of probation and community service. Mark Block as a stakeholder of Total Sports Management is still earning money from the sport and this is apparently legitimate even with his 10 year ban. If there is a bone to pick here it should be against USADA for toothless sanctions and not Mark Block.
Perhaps the Brojos should pay me that $50 for doing a bit of journalism that they apparently neglected to do.
