Consider the air in the airplane. Does it increase the weight of the airplane by its own weight? The fact that something is floating/suspended/flying within the airplane is blindingly obviously irrelevant.
Silly Goose! the airplane is not inside itself. So your example is silly. Is it true you have a fantasy of being inside yourself? Anyway I think your question would be does the flying airplane have an effect on the weight of the earth? Well does it?
